◼ A flurry of media activity this week has revealed new glimpses of what Channel 4’s next episode of The Restoration Man has in store on Thursday. Its host George Clarke has tweeted his stupendous image of a glass chandelier created by renowned furniture designer Mark Brazier-Jones, specially for Chapel House Harrogate, the property being renovated by Yorkshire-born developer Mark Hinchliffe. Clark’s tweet declared: “One of the best design episodes yet”.
In the hour-long show Clarke’s TV cameras capture the three-year rebirth of the Grade II listed Victorian Chapel and its neighbouring Sunday School.
